Silver plate by Elkington of England.
One boot is mustard pot w/ hinged lid.
The other boot is pepper shaker w/ screw lid.
Open cap for salt.
Salt spoon in center container.
( Boots and container remove from base )

All mounted on faux horseshoe
with faux spur in back.
